Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Communicate effectively with patients to understand their concerns, answer their questions, and provide emotional support.
Education: Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and care plans, ensuring they have a transparent understanding of the next steps.
Information Gathering: Collect relevant medical histories and personal information from patients to tailor the counselling approach and assistance.
Resource Coordination: Assist patients in accessing healthcare resources, referrals, and services available within the facility and the community.
Follow-Up:



Maintain regular follow-up with patients after consultations to monitor progress and address any ongoing concerns.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients. A strong ability to empathize and provide emotional support is essential.
