Key Responsibilities:
Customer Outreach: Reach out to potential customers through phone calls to provide information about our products and services. Maintain a friendly and skilled tone to build rapport.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads from the database. Gather customer feedback to assist in better service offerings.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to engage with customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a decision. Ensure they have all necessary information.
Data Management: Accurately log call details and customer interactions in the database. Keep records up-to-date for productive tracking and reporting.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure a consistent message is delivered to potential customers.
