We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team in Piplod. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products or services. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Outbound Calls: Make calls to prospective customers to introduce them to our offerings, explain features, and address their inquiries.
Build Customer Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Meet Sales Targets: Strive to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals through effective communication and selling techniques.
Maintain CRM Records: Accurately record and update customer interactions and sales data in our CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
Handle Objections: Address customer concerns and objections professionally to convert inquiries into sales.
Collaborate with Team Members:



Work closely with colleagues to share insights and strategies that can enhance overall sales performance.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a telesales or related role. Robust communication and persuasive skills are essential for building rapport and closing sales. A customer-oriented approach, along with the ability to adapt your pitch based on the client's responses, is highly valued. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications is also expected. A positive attitude, goal-driven mindset, and the willingness to learn will contribute to your success in this role.
