Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Make outbound calls to clients to provide information about services, answer inquiries, and address any concerns or questions they may have. Explicit and productive communication is essential.
Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on services provided. This helps in improving service quality and enhancing customer relationships.
Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls made and client interactions in the system. You will be responsible for updating databases and generating reports as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share insights and strategies for improving client engagement and sales outcomes.
