Key Responsibilities:
Check-in Procedures: Assist passengers during the check-in process, ensuring they receive boarding passes and luggage tags while addressing any queries or concerns.
Customer Support: Provide information and assistance to passengers about flights, baggage, and airport facilities, ensuring a pleasant travel experience.
Luggage Handling: Safely manage and supervise the loading and unloading of passenger baggage to prevent loss or damage.
Security Protocols: Adhere to safety and security regulations at all times, ensuring that all necessary checks are completed to maintain a secure workplace.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other ground staff and departments to coordinate functions effectively and resolve any issues that arise during airport operations.
