About UniSouk

UniSouk is a fast-growing e-commerce technology company building a unified seller platform for

Indian D2C brands and retailers. The platform brings marketplaces, payment gateways, logistics,

analytics and other e-commerce operations together into one intuitive dashboard, supporting channels

such as ONDC, Amazon, Shopify and more.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Sales & Business Development who can take ownership of sales,

business development and revenue growth at UniSouk.

This is a hands-on leadership role. We are looking for someone who can sell, build relationships, lead

a team, create processes and open recent business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should be confident speaking with founders, business owners and senior

decision-makers,



be strong in English and Hindi, and be comfortable travelling for client meetings,

business development and partnerships whenever required.

You will work closely with the Founder and take ownership of building a robust and accountable sales

function.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Ownership
Own monthly and quarterly sales targets and overall revenue performance.
Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to meetings, product

demonstrations, negotiations and closure.
Personally handle high-value and strategic prospects.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with clear visibility on every opportunity.
Conduct client meetings, demos, negotiations and follow-ups, both virtually and in person.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and reduce sales cycle time.
Build solid relationships with founders, business owners and key decision-makers.
