About the Chance

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to work with us on a fractional/freelance basis.
/n
You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to design intuitive, scalable and AI-native products.
/n
This is an chance for a designer who enjoys ownership, ambiguity and rapid product development.
/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
Own product design end-to-end — from problem definition to shipped product.
/n
Design intuitive experiences for complex enterprise/B2B workflows.
/n
Create user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI.
/n
Build and evolve design systems, components and reusable patterns.
/n
Rapidly explore and prototype multiple design solutions.
/n




Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape product direction and implementation.
/n
Conduct design reviews and continuously improve product quality.
/n

/n

AI-Native Design – Core Requirement

/n

/n
Use AI extensively as part of your everyday design workflow.
/n
Apply AI for research, ideation, UX exploration, UI design, prototyping, design systems and design-to-code.
/n
Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI/Figma Make, Cursor, v0, Lovable, Framer AI or equivalent.
/n
Demonstrate how AI has made you significantly faster and more effective as a designer.
/n
We are looking for someone who actively experiments with AI rather than simply using it for content generation.
/n

Required Experience

/n

/n
5–10 years of Product Design / UX / UI experience.
/n
Robust experience with B2B, Enterprise, SaaS or complex digital products.
/n
Strong UX, interaction and visual design skills.
/n
Advanced Figma and prototyping skills.
