We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Sales Professionals to join our Hyderabad, Delhi and Vijayawada branches of Focus Softnet PVT LTD.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in Software Sales, Corporate IT Sales, or B2B Sales, with a solid track record of acquiring new clients, generating leads, building business relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying potential clients, managing the sales cycle, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sales channels.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and market research.
Prospect and engage with corporate clients and decision-makers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate software/IT solutions.
Conduct product/service presentations and client meetings.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.




Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations as required.
Follow up consistently with prospects and ensure timely closure of opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Required Skills
2–3 years of proven experience in Software Sales, IT Sales, Corporate Sales, or B2B Sales.
Robust understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
