Qualifications:

MBA with minimum 0 - 4 years of sales experience,

Good academic background

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

Driving recent customer acquisition and achieving sales targets.

Identifying and developing current business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Understanding customer requirements and recommending the right IndiaMART solutions.

Building and maintaining robust customer relationships through regular follow-ups and servicing.

Managing the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to conversion and onboarding.

Ensuring a positive customer experience and driving customer retention and revenue growth.

Collaborating with internal teams and managing key stakeholder interactions effectively.

Maintaining accurate sales and customer-related data and ensuring timely follow-ups.
