Job Purpose and Scope:

Responsible for executing the sales strategy across the country and achieving the targeted sales revenue. The role will focus on deepening relationships with existing customers, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and driving key customer projects to completion in collaboration with internal teams. The position requires strong commercial acumen, excellent cross-functional coordination, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Accountabilities:

Strategic
Execute the sales plan in alignment with the overall regional strategy.
Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to protect existing business and maximize future sales opportunities.
Contribute to long-term strategic growth by identifying current market opportunities, customer segments, and partnership prospects.

Operational
Take ownership of performance against sales targets and regularly review sales revenue projections.
Drive key customer projects to completion by coordinating with technical, marketing, regulatory,



and customer service teams - ensuring solutions are delivered on time and in full.
Provide seamless customer support by ensuring timely delivery of samples, prototypes, and market-targeted content.
Ensure adherence to CRM systems and processes for effective pipeline governance, opportunity tracking, and accurate forecasting.

Sales Management
Deepen relationships with existing accounts to strengthen partnerships and drive market penetration within the territory.
Identify, pursue, and convert current business opportunities to support growth objectives.
Act promptly on all generated leads through calls, referrals, and marketing or promotional activities.
Ensure timely and proactive responses to sales enquiries to maximize conversion prospects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on critical customer queries and solutions.
