Job Description

Ensure that impact assessments are done thoroughly on the end -to-end impact of the works being delivered. Non -functional impact and operational impact to the support or the impact to the business operations should be imperative part of the assessments.

Help junior team members in finding solutions to technical problems encountered and to leverage on the native functionalities of Azure when it comes to solutioning.

Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities to meet SLAs and follow processes.
n
Manage priority incidents and leverage cross -functional teams to understand the impact and address them.
n
Perform analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to better predict issues and take initiative -taking actions.
n
Develop and/or improve the applications in line with functional requirements and specifications.
n




Follow coding best practices and ensure that the development works comply with the best practice guidelines.
n
Identify key problem areas within the application and suggest improvements.
n
Conduct Peer code reviews of the application and provide feedback to other team members to optimize the code/solution.
n
Develop and maintain documentation on specifications, design, and test analysis results according to standards and ensure filing of relevant information in the filing system.
n
Develop and integrate applications on Azure services.
n
Comply with OWASP Top 10 and other security standards for software development and resolve security vulnerabilities to minimize the risk exposures.
n
Solid focus on automation and processes. Design, implement, improve, and utilize monitoring tools
