Architectural Hardware | Furniture Fittings

We are looking for an entrepreneurial senior business leader to build and scale our Architectural Hardware & Furniture Fittings business into a robust national brand.

n

This is not a conventional Business Development or high-fixed-salary position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a business and participate in the value they create.

n

Your Mandate

n

You will take leadership of the complete business-building journey, including:

n

Developing the overall business & growth strategy
n
Product & category development
n
Building the sales & leadership team
n
Creating a pan-India distribution network
n
Brand building, marketing & GTM strategy
n
Developing dealer, distributor, architect & institutional channels
n
Establishing systems, KPIs and processes
n
Driving revenue, profitability and long-term business value
n

Who Are We Looking For?

n

A senior skilled with 15+ years of experience, preferably in architectural hardware, furniture fittings,



kitchen/wardrobe hardware, building products or allied industries, with a proven track record of building teams, channels and businesses.

n

Most importantly, we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants to build, not just manage.

n

We offer a limited fixed remuneration, combined with:
