Strategic Manager – Aviation Company: Warter Aviation Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Industry: Aviation / Aircraft Spare Parts Experience: 1+ year in Client Service / Customer Service preferred; freshers are welcome Education: MBA from a reputed university preferred About the Role Warter Aviation is looking for a Strategic Manager (Aviation) to manage client enquiries, quotations, international supplier coordination, and follow-ups for aircraft spare parts. This role is suited to someone who is confident in client communication, commercially minded, persistent with follow-ups, and eager to build a career in the aviation industry. Key Responsibilities - Handle client enquiries for aircraft spare parts. - Post and manage enquiries on aircraft spare-parts websites and platforms. - Follow up with clients and provide quotations and regular updates. - Coordinate with aircraft spare-parts sellers and suppliers. - Compare quotations and negotiate rates and delivery timelines.



- Maintain regular communication with clients and sellers until each enquiry is closed. - Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups. Ideal Candidate - Confident and skilled communication skills. - Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities. - Valuable negotiation and convincing skills. - Willingness to learn about aircraft spare parts and aviation terminology. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email. - Positive attitude, persistence, and eagerness to learn. - MBA from a reputed university preferred. - Freshers are welcome to apply if they have robust communication skills and a willingness to learn.
