Title: IBM BPM/BAW Administrator Experience: 7 years Location: Noida Skills Required: IBM BPM/BAW platforms Notice Period: Immediate joiner or up to 1 month. Key Responsibilities: - Provide 24×7 Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) support for IBM BPM/BAW platforms. - Administer, monitor, and maintain IBM BPM/BAW settings across Development, UAT, and Production. - Perform patching, upgrades, deployments, and setting configuration activities. - Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform availability and performance. - Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident/problem management. - Coordinate with IBM/OEM teams for PMRs, support tickets, and issue resolution. - Manage Disaster Recovery (DR) operations, including DR drills, failover, and switchover activities between DC and DR sites. - Ensure compliance with defined SLAs, security policies, and operational procedures. - Prepare operational reports, technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
