Required: Should have hands-on experience in both graphic designing and video editing, along with proficiency in using Generative AI tools.

Job Responsibilities:

Own the brand's visual language across all touchpoints — social, website, campaigns, emailers, packaging, presentations, and print.
n
Conceptualize and design high-impact creatives that support marketing, product launches, and campaigns.
n
Familiarity with GenAI Tools: Basic knowledge of GenAI tools used for creating animated assets and sketches.
n
Translate briefs into compelling layouts, graphics, illustrations, and digital assets.
n
Create mood boards, design mock-ups, and visual templates for recurring content.
n
Collaborate with writers, UI/UX designers and marketers to deliver cohesive output.
n
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across projects.
n
Oversee art direction for shoots, video productions, and high-value campaign creatives.
n
Stronger capability in video-led content creation, especially AI-led videos, shoot-based edits, and stock-led video formats
n

Requirements:
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field.
n
4+ years of proven experience in creative/art direction or as a visual designer.
n
hands-on with video production and editing, with a strong command over tools used for transitions, motion, pacing, stock footage integration, sound design, and overall video storytelling.
n
candidate should be able to independently edit videos, enhance shoot-based footage, work with stock assets, add relevant transitions and effects, and create polished outputs aligned with the current rapid paced brand requirements.
n
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Canva, etc.
n
Strong grasp of color theory, typography, layout design, and composition.
n
Experience in both static and motion design.
n
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a quick-paced workplace.
n
Experience working in branding or advertising agencies.
n
Exposure to marketing for digital products, education brands, or tech companies.
