Job Purpose

Managing the collections unit of Collection Managers and Vendors in a particular area and monitoring the collection of the amount due to the organization, while ensuring that cases are handled appropriately according to the company guidelines and complying with regulators norms.

Duties And Responsibilities

n

n
Planning allocation of portfolios to Branches and Agencies Based on Performance.
n
Proficiency in collections management, active and recovery strategies in retail or vehicle finance.
n
Robust relationship management skills for coordinating with branches, Vendors, and customers.
n
Ability to analyze data, prepare MIS reports, and use basic MS Excel and other relevant software tools.
n
Knowledge of NBFC operations, and regulatory compliance in financial services.
n
Effective communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
n
Proven experience in leading and engaging field collection teams and meeting performance targets.
n




Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to accuracy.
n
Willingness to travel within the assigned area and work in office in Salem.
n

Required Qualifications And Experience

Graduate in any discipline
n
5+ years experience in managing Banking or NBFC collection
n
Vendor management and team Management Skills
n
Hiring Collection Managers & Appointing Agencies, Building capacity
