Quantum Leap Learning Solutions is looking for a Senior Motion Graphics Editor to

n

join our Creative ADs team in Bangalore. This is a craft-forward, senior role for an

n

editor-designer who lives at the intersection of typography, montage, and story,

n

someone who can read a script, internalize the intent behind it, and translate it into ad

n

content that moves people and moves numbers.

n

You will own the post-production craft on our highest-priority ad creatives, set the

n

visual and editorial bar for the team, and partner closely with the Creative ADs editors

n

and cinematographers from concept through final delivery. This role expects deep

n

specialization in kinetic typography, rhythmic montage editing, and a mature

n

understanding of how script, pacing, and design work together to make an AD

n

perform.

n

Tasks & Responsibilities:

n

Lead the edit and post-production craft on premium ad content short-form

n

(Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form (brand films, campaign videos,

n

promos) with a robust point of view on pacing, structure, and payoff.

n

• Design and execute advanced kinetic typography :



from ad hooks and pull-quotes

n

to full type-led sequences, with a sharp sense of hierarchy, rhythm, and brand

n

voice.

n

• Cut high-impact montage edits that carry emotion, energy, and narrative clarity,

n

with a musical sense of timing and beat-matching.

n

• Read scripts and briefs closely, interpret intent, and shape edit decisions, cut

n

order, pacing, motion treatment, type direction, around what the script is

n

actually trying to do.

n

Deliver accurate color grading, audio mixing, and finishing using Premiere Pro and

n

DaVinci Resolve so every output is polished and platform-ready.

n

• Design and animate motion graphics, title sequences, lower thirds, transitions,

n

and VFX in Adobe After Effects at a senior craft level.

n

• Set and maintain the quality bar for the Creative ADs edit team, reviewing work,

n

giving craft feedback, and mentoring junior editors and motion designers.

n

• Build and maintain reusable motion systems, type kits, and asset libraries that

n

speed up the team without dulling the craft.
