Job Description
We're hiring for a Operations Head role with one of the pioneer in the Indian elevator industry and car parking systems.

nThe role holds end-to-end responsibility for site execution, service delivery, resource planning, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction across all projects. The ideal candidate will bring solid leadership in field operations, a solid technical understanding of elevators and/or automated parking systems, and the ability to manage large, geographically spread teams and multiple concurrent sites.

nQualifications:
nB.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline; MBA in Operations is a plus.
n

nExperience:
n15–20 years of experience in installation, or operations management, preferably within the elevator, escalator & automated car parking systems, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-site operations

nKey Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Operations for both Elevators and Parking Systemsn




Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and SOPs to improve installation timelines, service quality, and cost efficiencyn
Plan and allocate manpower, technicians, supervisors, and resources across sites, ensuring optimum utilization and productivityn
Monitor project execution against timelines, budgets, and quality standards; proactively resolve site-level bottlenecks and escalations.n
Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt complaint resolution, transparent communication, and high service standardsn
Ensure strict compliance with safety norms, statutory regulations, and quality standards across all installation and maintenance activitiesn
Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Sales, and Manufacturing teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth project handoversn
Build, mentor, and lead a robust operations team, including hiring, training, and performance mana
