What you'll own
Architect and execute paid acquisition across Meta and Google - diagnose issues, optimize, iterate
Build attribution models and cohort analyses on BigQuery/GA4
Deep dives into retention mechanics and CAC drivers
Optimize paywall funnels (Hinglish copy, trial-to-paid conversion, churn levers)
Design and run experiments: creative, targeting, bidding, landing pages
Financial forecasting: model CAC/payback impact of new channels or initiatives
Partner with product on viral loops, referral mechanics, and retention features
Evaluate current channels (AppLovin, TikTok, organic, influencers)

What we're looking for
1+ years in performance marketing (apps, subscriptions, or e-commerce)
Meta Ads and Google Ads experience
Understanding of subscription unit economics
