We are actively hiring for Freshers with educational background in M.Sc Statistics with R proficiency.This opportunity is open exclusively to fresh graduates with no prior full time work experience.About the RoleAssociate ProgrammerPurposeThe role of the Associate Programmer is to learn the skills and knowledge required in the role of a clinical study statistical programmer and to progress towards providing programming support to the statistics and programming department across a range of projects, clients and therapeutic areas.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities The job tasks listed below outline the scope of the position. The application of these tasks may vary, based on current business needs.Technical:Understanding of clinical drug development process, relevant disease areas, endpoints and basic study designsAwareness of industry and project standards & ICH guidelinesAwareness of importance of standards (including CDISC, TFLs, ICH, SOPs) and what standards are being applied to specified client accountsAwareness and understanding of clinical trial documents including protocols, SAPs, CRFs, CSRsFamiliarisation with dataset standardsPerform basic data checks and data exploration (e.G. using frequencies,



histograms)Program non-complex datasets and TFLs following specifications, applying good programming practiceGeneral:Attend and complete assigned training, demonstrate understanding of training.Attend internal and client study team meetings as required.Share scientific, technical and practical knowledge within the team and with colleaguesPerform work in full compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, company policies, procedures, and trainingBuild effective cooperative working relationships with internal team membersSeek opportunities to develop innovative ideas, sharing when appropriateQualificationsMinimum Qualification RequirementsMSc or PhD in Statistics with knowledge in RCandidates who graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026 are eligible to apply.Other Information/Additional RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsInterpersonal/teamwork skills for effective interactionsProficiency in data handling using SAS/R or other statistical softwareSelf-management skills with a focus on results for timely and accurate completion of assigned training and study work tasksDemonstrate problem solving ability and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team
