As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a agile approach to identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to maintain system stability and performance. Collaboration with different teams to ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of incidents is a key part of daily activities, contributing to the overall reliability of critical business applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth incident management and resolution.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
Continuously monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent downtime.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Kubernetes Engine.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud DevOps Services.
Strong understanding of container orchestration and cluster management.
Experience in troubleshooting distributed systems and microservices architectures.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment automation.
Ability to analyze logs and metrics to diagnose and resolve system issues.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Google Kubernetes Engine.
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
