Key Responsibilities· Provide L2/application support for .NET-based applications in a production workplace.· Monitor application performance and investigate application-related incidents.· Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including debugging and identifying root causes.· Work with development teams to resolve recurring or complex technical issues.· Perform SQL-based investigation and troubleshooting using MS SQL Server.· Write and work with SQL queries, Joins, Stored Procedures, DML/UPDATE statements, and perform basic query optimization.· Support application maintenance, releases, updates, and production changes.· Monitor incidents and ensure timely resolution as per support processes.· Prepare and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.· Communicate incident status, impact, and resolution progress to relevant stakeholders.
