Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mumbai.

The Sales

Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, and promote Heapro India’s range of industrial safety equipment and PPE. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating pricing and terms in line with company guidelines. The role involves closely coordinating with internal teams for order processing, delivery follow-up, and after-sales support,



while consistently meeting sales targets and reporting on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications
Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to engage effectively with diverse customer stakeholders.
Customer relationship management skills, with experience in maintaining long-term, trust-based partnerships.
Basic understanding of industrial safety products or PPE, or solid willingness to learn technical product details.
Ability to work in office and in the field, managing visits to client locations in and around Mumbai.
Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms for sales reporting and follow-up.
Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience in industrial or B2B sectors is an advantage.
