Job Description – Social Media Manager & Content Creator Position: Social Media Manager & Content Creator Location: Noida Industry: Beauty & Education Company: UK International London Beauty School Job Overview We are looking for a confident, creative, and presentable Social Media Manager & Content Creator who can manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and confidently face the camera for reels, videos, and promotional content. Key Responsibilities - Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & TikTok/Reels. - Plan and create engaging Reels, Shorts, Stories, Posts and promotional videos. - Be comfortable facing the camera and presenting/hosting videos. - Develop creative content ideas based on current social media trends. - Shoot and edit videos using tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop or similar software. - Handle basic video editing, transitions, captions, music, colour correction and sound. - Write engaging captions, hooks and content scripts. - Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for campaigns and events. - Maintain a consistent and premium brand image across social media.



- Monitor social media performance and suggest ideas to improve reach, engagement and leads. - Stay updated with the latest Instagram/Reels trends, viral formats and content strategies. Candidate Profile - Good-looking, well-groomed and presentable personality. - Confident and comfortable in front of the camera. - Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to present. - Creative mindset with robust knowledge of social media trends. - Basic to advanced knowledge of video/photo editing. - Experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing preferred. - Ability to independently conceptualise, shoot and edit content. - Energetic, outgoing and skilled personality. Preferred Skills Instagram | Reels | YouTube Shorts | Content Creation | Video Editing | Premiere Pro | CapCut | Canva | Photography | Videography | On-Camera Presentation | Social Media Marketing Experience: 1–3 years preferred, but talented freshers with a solid portfolio can also apply. Salary: 50k + and incentives based on experience and skills.
