Manage day-to-day branch operations.
Achieve monthly business, collection and customer
-service targets.
Lead and supervise marketing, collection and office staff.
Develop recent customers and business relationships
Monitor pending collections and ensure timely follow-up.
Supervise KYC, documentation, accounts and MIS.
Coordinate chit auctions and customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly branch reports.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
