Key Responsibilities
Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor branch performance, revenue, expenses, and operational targets.
Lead and coordinate doctors, dental assistants, front office, PRE, billing, and support staff.
Ensure excellent patient experience and address patient concerns promptly.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, productivity, and performance.
Coordinate with HODs and management for effective implementation of policies and processes.
Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facilities, equipment, hygiene, and safety standards.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports.
Support patient conversion, retention, and overall business growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs,



and quality standards.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in branch/clinic management, preferably in healthcare or dental operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
Positive knowledge of clinic operations and administrative processes.
Target-oriented and problem-solving approach.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a quick-paced setting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
