Client Servicing Intern

This job is an in-person role at Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

About the CompanySolarAssist, a vertical of the established solar EPC Minus CO₂ is building a technology enabled Solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) business. We help residential societies and commercial customers manage their solar plants through preventive maintenance, fault monitoring, cleaning, reporting and client support.

As an early stage startup, you'll work directly with the founders and get exposure to building a business from the ground up. Opportunity to convert into a full time role based on performance.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients regarding scheduled maintenance and cleaning visits.
Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on leads received through various channels.
Assist in preparing quotations and proposals for prospective clients.
Follow up with potential customers and help convert enquiries into clients.




Maintain client records and keep customer information updated.
Coordinate internally with the operations team to ensure timely execution of services.
Help prepare and send monthly reports and other client communications.
Assist with onboarding current customers and ensure a smooth handover to operations.
Track open service requests and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English.
Proficiency in spoken Hindi
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised and detail oriented.
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Docs and Microsoft Excel.
Valuable follow up and coordination skills.
Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
