Role Description The Clinic Manager at ArborVitae will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective service delivery. This full-time, in office role is based in Bengaluru and involves managing staff schedules, coordinating clinical workflows, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and policies.

The Clinic

Manager will be responsible for supervising patient intake processes, resolving service issues, and fostering a positive, patient-centered environment. The role includes overseeing budgeting and resource allocation,



supporting training and development for clinical and administrative teams, and collaborating with medical professionals to optimize clinic performance.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive patient experience and handle inquiries effectively.
Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to manage clinic finances, control costs, and support sustainable operations.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to coordinate with patients, clinical staff, and management.
