I'm looking for a Sales & Business Development Co-Founder to build a real estate venture with me.

This is not a traditional sales job.

I'm looking for someone who wants to build a business from the ground up and take real ownership of the sales and business-development side.

The venture will focus on real estate and development opportunities, with an emphasis on identifying opportunities, understanding markets, building relationships and turning those opportunities into viable businesses/projects.

What you'll work on
Finding and developing real estate prospects
Building relationships with landowners, investors, brokers, channel partners and customers
Lead generation and sales strategy
Business development and strategic partnerships
Market and location research
Client/customer acquisition
Negotiation and deal development
Helping shape the business model and go-to-market strategy
Building the sales process from the ground up

Who I'm looking for

Someone who
Has strong communication and negotiation skills
Understands sales and relationship building
Has experience in real estate, property, real estate development, construction, brokerage or related businesses
Thinks commercially and is comfortable taking initiative
Wants to build rather than simply work a job




Is comfortable with uncertainty and early-stage execution
Can take ownership of the sales/BD function

Real estate experience is a robust advantage, but entrepreneurial mindset and sales ability matter more than a particular degree or job title.

What I'm bringing

My background is across product building, technology, marketing, growth, sales and business development.

I've built and launched apps and games, worked on customer acquisition and advertising campaigns, and experimented with different business ideas.

Now I want to bring those skills into building something in the real-world / real-estate space.

What this opportunity offers

This is an equity/ownership-based co-founder opportunity, not a salaried sales position.

You would have meaningful responsibility for building the commercial side of the venture and would be involved in significant business decisions from the beginning.
