COOK – CBSE RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL Position: Cook Experience: Minimum 10+ years of skilled cooking experience Preferred: Experience in schools, hostels, residential campuses, or institutional kitchens : Prepare hygienic, nutritious and tasty South Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals as per the school’s menu. Must have robust expertise in South Indian cuisine , including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Plan and prepare meals in appropriate quantities for students and staff.

Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety . Handle kitchen equipment, ingredients, storage and daily food preparation efficiently. Follow proper food safety and sanitation practices at all times.

Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and serving of meals. Ability to work in a residential school environment and manage bulk cooking efficiently.

Eligibility: Minimum 10+ years of relevant cooking experience . Solid knowledge of traditional South Indian cuisine and cooking methods.

Experience in bulk/institutional cooking will be preferred. Responsible, disciplined and able to work as part of a team.
