Role Description The Current Affairs Content Developer will create, structure, and refine learning materials focused on national and international current events for Civil Services aspirants. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching reliable sources, writing and updating topic-wise notes, drafting quizzes and practice questions, and organizing content into transparent, exam-relevant formats. The role also involves collaborating with academic mentors to align content with syllabus changes, incorporating learner feedback, and maintaining consistency in tone and difficulty level.

This is a remote contract role,



requiring regular online communication and timely delivery of assigned content modules.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Writing and Technical Writing skills to produce explicit, accurate, and structured learning materials.
Candidates should possess solid Content Development and Instructional Design skills to create engaging, exam-focused modules and assessments.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with mentors, editors, and other team members in a remote workplace.
Strong understanding of current affairs, the Indian polity and economy, and Civil Services exam patterns is highly beneficial.
Ability to conduct thorough research, verify sources, and summarize complex information for learners at different preparation levels.
Prior experience in educational content creation, test preparation, or e-learning is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Political Science, Public Administration, Journalism, or related disciplines preferred.
