Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
Solid experience in application design and configuration within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable software solutions.
Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Salesforce environments.
Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to application development.
Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
