Urgent Hiring – Senior Design Engineer (Tool Design)

Location : Sonipat, Haryana

Qualification: Diploma in Tool & Die Making / CIPET / TRTC / NTTF or equivalent.

Experience: 7–10 years of experience in Plastic Injection Mold Tool Design.

Salary: Upto 70k

Software Skills:

Siemens NX (UG NX) – Mandatory.

Key Responsibilitie:

· Design and develop plastic injection moulds for automotive components.

· Prepare complete mould design including core, cavity, sliders, lifters, cooling, gating, ejection, and mould assembly.

· Review part feasibility and provide tooling solutions.

· Optimize mould design for manufacturability, quality, and cost.

· Coordinate with product design, manufacturing, and tool room teams.

· Incorporate engineering changes (ECNs) into mould designs.

· Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings and BOM.

· Support mould trials, troubleshooting,



and design improvements.

· Ensure adherence to customer standards and project timelines.

Required Skills:

Robust knowledge of plastic injection mould design.

Positive understanding of mould construction, cooling, gating, and ejection systems.

Experience with automotive interior/exterior plastic components.

Knowledge of tooling standards (DME, HASCO, MISUMI, etc.).

Ability to independently handle complete mould design projects.

Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
