Undergraduate/Graduate Freshers with excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow company guidelines and quality standards during interactions
Document customer interactions accurately in the system

Requirements:
prefer Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting
