Role summary

Own end-to-end event décor — concept to install to strike — so every venue looks on-brief, on-budget, and on-time.

Key responsibilities
Translate event briefs into décor concepts, mood boards, and floor plans
Source, hire, and manage vendors (florals, furniture, lighting, draping, props, print)
Prepare décor budgets, quotes, and cost tracking; flag overruns early
Lead site surveys, measurements, and load-in / load-out plans
Supervise in office install, styling, and quality checks before guest arrival
Coordinate with catering, AV, entertainment, and venue teams on flow and safety
Maintain décor inventory, rentals log, and vendor rate cards
Capture photos/refs for a reusable look library
Ensure compliance with venue rules, fire safety,



and client brand guidelines

Requirements
2–5+ years in event décor, experiential, hospitality, or wedding/production design
Robust visual sense; comfortable with mood boards (Canva / Pinterest / similar)
Vendor negotiation and on-ground crew management
Budget ownership and calm problem-solving under time pressure
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel for events
Preferred: diploma/degree in design, hospitality, or related field

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
