Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Event Organizer to plan, coordinate, and manage wedding events. The candidate should have hands-on experience in event coordination, vendor management, client handling, and ensuring smooth execution of events.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate wedding events from start to finish.
Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
Manage vendors, decorators, caterers, photographers, entertainers, and other event partners.
Prepare event schedules and ensure timely execution of all activities.
Coordinate on-site during events and resolve issues quickly.
Manage event setup, decoration, guest arrangements, and logistics.
Ensure all event activities are executed according to client expectations.
Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors,



and the internal team.
Handle multiple event-related tasks while maintaining quality and timelines.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in event management/coordination, preferably in wedding events.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage vendors and on-ground event activities.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Energetic, responsible, and presentable personality.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and during wedding events.
