Designation: Fiber Engineer

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience

Education
Diploma or B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
Relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities
Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) networks.
Perform fiber splicing, termination, testing, and fault rectification.
Conduct OTDR testing and analyze fiber-related faults.
Identify and resolve fiber cuts, signal loss, and connectivity issues.
Coordinate with field teams and ensure timely restoration of network issues.
Maintain proper documentation of fiber routes, faults, and maintenance activities.
Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure network availability.
Follow safety procedures and technical standards during field operations.
Coordinate with customers, vendors,



and internal teams as required.

Experience
Candidates with relevant experience in OFC/Fiber Network, Telecom, FTTH, or ISP operations will be preferred.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.

Required Skills
Knowledge of OFC, FTTH, fiber splicing, OTDR, power meter, and fiber testing.
Basic understanding of telecom/ISP network architecture.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in field locations.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
