About the Role

We are looking for a high-agency, detail-oriented individual to work closely with the Founder of Nuvon Ventures. Nuvon is an early-stage, current-age Civil Engineering Services company. We offer a full spectrum of services combining traditional engineering fundamentals such as strength, solidity and spaces with contemporary design technology and sustainable material - and the result is spaces that are warm, welcoming and comfortable. .

The role works with the Founder on strategic, operational, and execution priorities. This role offers a front-row seat to building a engineering startup and requires capability to switch between strategy and ground-level execution seamlessly.

The role will be working primarily on-

Founder Enablement & Execution
Act as a thought partner to the Founder on business priorities
Track and drive execution of key initiatives across projects
Prepare briefs, presentations, and decision-making material.
Represent the Founder within the company and for specific tasks with the industry.
Maintain confidentiality and thoroughness in all documentation.

Project & Operations Management




Monitor ongoing projects (timelines, budgets, risks)
Coordinate with teams, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Identify bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution

Strategic Initiatives
Support market research (current geographies, materials, technologies)
Assist in business planning, partnerships, and growth initiatives
Liaise with appropriate government agencies & departments for regulatory compliance.
Work on special projects (fundraising prep, process setup, expansion planning)

Data & Reporting
Build dashboards and MIS reports for project and business tracking
Analyze operational and financial data to generate insights
Drive data-backed decision-making

Cross-functional Coordination
Act as a bridge between engineering, procurement, finance, and leadership
Ensure alignment and follow-through across teams

EducationMBA or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)Experience8-10 years of experience in startups or operationsExposure to projects in various domains is a robust advantage
