About the role We’re hiring a Product Manager who wants to build, not just manage. At Trupeer, product is at the core of everything we do. This is a zero-to-one, high-ownership role where you’ll work directly with founders to own the product lifecycle end to end - discover, build, test and distribute. If you’re someone who enjoys structured roadmaps, long planning cycles, and delegation, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities
Own product problems end-to-end - from identifying opportunities to shipping, scaling and taking solutions to end users.
Operate with extreme speed: weekly shipping > perfect planning
Use AI tools aggressively to prototype, validate, and move faster than traditional teams
Work hands-on across design (Figma), analytics, and product workflows
Scope new features and improvements by collecting insights across customers,



usage data and market landscape
Run experiments, iterate quick, and drive measurable impact on core product metrics
Collaborate deeply with engineering and founders: no silos, no handoffs

What we're looking for
3–5 years of experience building products, preferably in early-stage startups
Solid bias for action and ownership: you don’t wait, you build
Comfortable getting your hands dirty: design, analytics, execution
Experience with tools: Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Linear / Jira
Experience with B2B products is a strong plus but not mandatory
Ability to think from first principles and solve ambiguous problems
High agency, high curiosity, and a solid sense of urgency
