Job Title: Admission Counsellor – EdTech Sales

Location: Noida, Sector 15

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (In-Hand Fixed)

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Sales is mandatory

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday fixed off

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to promote and sell UG/PG programs to prospective students. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with leads, understanding their educational and career requirements, and guiding them toward suitable programs.

The role involves inside sales, student counselling, lead follow-ups, and admission conversions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, be comfortable working with sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle calls and enquiries from prospective students.
Counsel students and recommend suitable UG/PG programs.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees,



and admission process.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Achieve monthly sales/admission targets.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of sales experience is mandatory.
Freshers will not be considered.
Graduation is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in a target-based sales workplace.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
