Role Description The Growth & Marketing Intern will support lead generation and marketing initiatives aimed at attracting and converting high-intent prospects. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in campaign execution across digital channels, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to growth experiments and optimization efforts. The intern will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, analyze funnel data, and help improve lead quality and conversion rates.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram,



requiring solid collaboration with cross-functional teams and a willingness to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign and funnel data.

Candidates should possess basic sales understanding and comfort engaging with prospect-focused workflows.

Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
