We are looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing to lead our B2B marketing activities and build our next phase of growth through B2C initiatives, institutional partnerships, and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Cokonet’s overall marketing strategy, budget, and growth plans.
Lead B2B and institutional marketing initiatives, with a robust focus on colleges, universities.
Develop and promote campus workshops, industry sessions, skill programs, internships, student communities, and career-readiness initiatives.
Manage performance marketing across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
Drive qualified lead generation, improve conversion, and optimize customer acquisition costs.
Strengthen Cokonet’s brand, content strategy.
Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality, CRM tracking, and campaign effectiveness.
Lead the marketing team, manage agencies, and monitor performance against agreed targets.

Candidate Requirements
7 to 12 years of Ed Tech experience in marketing,



including leadership responsibilities.
Robust expertise in performance marketing, growth strategy, digital acquisition, and marketing analytics.
Experience in B2B marketing, institutional partnerships, college marketing, or relationship-led growth.
Ability to develop marketing strategies and take ownership of their execution.
Robust communication, analytical, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in education, EdTech, skilling, or a growth-oriented B2B/B2C business is preferred.
