Key Responsibilities Pick fish, seafood and other products as per customer orders. Pack products accurately as per the required quantity and cutting/packing instructions. Check product quality, quantity and freshness before packing.
Count and verify daily stock and inventory. Maintain proper inventory records and report shortages or discrepancies. Coordinate with the operations and delivery team for timely dispatch. Ensure orders are ready and handed over correctly to delivery personnel.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the packing and working area. Handle fish, seafood and other non-vegetarian products comfortably. Follow company hygiene, food-handling and safety procedures. Support other operational activities when required.
