We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR activities and gain practical exposure to HR operations and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment and candidate screening.

Coordinate and schedule interviews.

Contact candidates and follow up regarding interview updates.

Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.

Maintain employee and intern records and HR documentation.

Support attendance and basic HR reports.

Assist in employee/intern coordination and communication.

Support internship coordination and related HR activities.

Assist with job postings on recruitment platforms.

Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.





Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:

Pursuing or completed degree in MBA HR, BBA, B.Com, or a related field.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of HR concepts and recruitment processes.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Excel.

Positive organizational and coordination skills.

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,920.28 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kanniyakumari District, Tamil Nadu
