Support the HR team in developing and implementing a functional competency framework across key functions, enabling clearer role expectations, capability assessment and employee development.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Map roles, job families and functional capabilities across departments
Support interviews/discussions with Functional Heads and SMEs to identify critical competencies.
Convert role responsibilities into well-defined functional competencies and proficiency levels.
Develop and maintain the competency library and role–competency matrix.
Support validation of competencies with business stakeholders.
Create presentations, dashboards and documentation to support the framework rollout.
Coordinate with HR and business teams to ensure timely completion of framework milestones
