– Plant Operations Controller

Bonzer Lenses is looking for an experienced Plant Operations Controller to manage end-to-end plant operations and ensure smooth production flow, quality, manpower, maintenance coordination and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily plant operations and achieve production targets.
Monitor production flow, WIP, bottlenecks and dispatch timelines.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Maintenance and Dispatch teams.
Manage manpower deployment and productivity of approximately 100 employees.
Monitor rejection, repolish/rework and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown management.
Ensure SOP, safety, housekeeping and workplace discipline.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, productivity improvement and waste reduction.
Review production, quality, downtime, WIP and dispatch MIS.




Handle urgent production priorities and ensure timely order completion.

Requirements:
Engineering background – Mechanical / Production / Industrial preferred.
12–15 years of experience in manufacturing / plant operations.
Solid experience in production and maintenance coordination.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, RCA, 4M, 7 QC Tools and manpower management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Positive knowledge of Excel, MIS and production reporting.
Marathi – Fluent (Mandatory); Hindi & English – Working proficiency.

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹65,000 per month

Preferred Age: 40–45 years

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
