About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and exposure to corporate hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines.
Support campus hiring and internship recruitment initiatives.

Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Share interview details and follow up on feedback.




Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Recruitment Operations
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards.
Assist in posting jobs across various recruitment platforms.
Support offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
Generate hiring reports and recruitment MIS.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree completed or final-year student (BBA, BMS, B.Com, BA, BBM, Psychology, or related fields).
MBA HR Freshers preferred.
Robust interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
