Insurance Advisor – Field Sales Job Responsibilities: Generate current leads through field visits, references, and networking. Meet customers and understand their insurance requirements. Explain and promote suitable insurance products such as Motor, Health, Life, Term, Fire, and other insurance policies.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and assist customers with documentation. Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales. Maintain regular contact with existing customers for renewals and additional insurance requirements.

Achieve monthly sales and business targets. Develop and maintain solid customer relationships. Coordinate with the internal team and insurance companies for policy issuance, renewals, and customer support.

Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow-ups,



and sales activities.

Candidate Profile: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. Good communication and convincing skills. Comfortable with field work and meeting customers. Sales experience in insurance, banking, automobile, or financial services will be an advantage. Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude can also apply. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
