Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to promote insurance products, understand customer requirements, and provide suitable insurance solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking.
Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Explain policy features, benefits, terms, premiums, and coverage clearly to customers.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales. - Maintain strong relationships with existing and current customers.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Assist customers with policy documentation, renewals, and basic service requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing and documentation.
Ensure all sales activities follow company policies and applicable insurance regulations.

Basic knowledge of insurance products and financial services.
Good follow-up and time-management skills.
Comfortable working with customers through phone calls and face-to-face meetings. Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills can apply. - Prior experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or direct sales will be an advantage.

Compensation Salary: As per company standards + incentives based on performance. Preferred Candidate A motivated individual who enjoys interacting with customers, building relationships, and working in a target-oriented sales environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
