Yuva Parivartan is looking for motivated specialists to join and manage our Livelihood Training Centre's across Mumbai and Thane.

Position: Livelihood Training Center Associate

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Based on experience and suitability for the role

Key Responsibilities:• Manage day-to-day operations of the training centre
Coordinate with trainers and centre teams for smooth programme implementation
Support student mobilization, enrolment, attendance, training completion and placement targets
Monitor student progress and ensure timely follow-ups
Build relationships with local communities, institutions and stakeholders for outreach
Maintain student records, MIS, reports and required documentation
Monitor centre performance and maintain programme quality standards
Share regular updates and reports with the management team
Take ownership of assigned targets and deliverables

Company Description Yuva Parivartan, the flagship movement of Kherwadi Social Welfare Association (KSWA), is a long-standing NGO initiative focused on creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for deprived youth and women across India. Since its formal launch in 2003, Yuva Parivartan has built deep connections with local communities and has improved the employability of over 1 million individuals through practical, market-driven skilling programs. Its short-term courses, typically 15 to 90 days, emphasize technical, business, and life skills that quickly translate into income generation and increased confidence.

The organization leverages a network of field counsellors, trainers, community leaders, and local livelihood partners, supported by digital outreach through social media and the Yuva Kaushal e-learning app, to mobilize beneficiaries at scale. With a robust focus on small towns, villages, and women’s empowerment, Yuva Parivartan has helped many learners become primary wage earners and role models within their communities.
